FEDASH NAMED FINALIST AT SUNDERLAND ECHO BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARDS

     Fedash Consultancy limited has been named as a finalist at the Sunderland Echo Business Excellence Awards 2023.

            The Educational consultancy company has been named a finalist for the category of Business in the Community Award. The award for the business in the community award recognises a dynamic contribution a company has made to the local community by supporting local charities, initiatives, or other community events. This award category looks for businesses that engages with the local community as well as strategies involved and its implementation. This award sponsored by Mobility Care Solutions will be judged by the positive impact business strategies have had on the community, people, places and purpose.

                  Fedash CEO & Director, Hannah Damilola Oyeniyi, said, we are very excited and proud to have the headquarters of our business in Sunderland and to be part of the growth of this city and its people. We have also grown over the years, increasing our collaborations across the city and its environs. Our nomination at this prestigious award ceremony is a testament to the fact that our contributions to the city especially to the black community is being noticed and recognised. It also equates that these engagements with the community are yielding positive impacts which are key to our company’s strategic mission.

              With the support of the international office at the University of Sunderland, our firm has been involved in several community events: annual Fedash football tournament, annual awards and dinner night, welcome and summer parties for international students, FIFA  23 PlayStation Tournament amidst many others. These community events have helped to bring people together, creating an atmosphere of fun activities, entertainment, networking, friendship, collaboration, and communal growth. This has been notably attended by Mayor and Mayoress of Sunderland city, local councillors, religious and community leaders, presidents of associations as well as charity bodies and organizations. This community events not only help the physical state and mental well-being of people but also helps to improve their sense of communal living.
